Our Mission

The Miss Metrocrest organization was formed as a non-profit 501(c)3 tax exempt corporation and is pending approval from the IRS. Our volunteer organization is a sponsoring agent as an official preliminary to the Miss Texas and Miss America Scholarship Pageants. The Miss America Scholarship Organization is the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women and one of the nation’s leading achievement programs as is each of it's state and local organizations. The program exists to provide personal and professional opportunities for young women to express their viewpoints, talents, and accomplishments. Most contestants are in the process of earning college or postgraduate degrees and utilize Miss America scholarship grants to further their education. Teen contestants earn scholarship dollars that will be available to them upon graduation from high school.

Each year the Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations make available more than $45 million in scholarship assistance. With support and contributions from local individuals, businesses, and organizations the Miss Metrocrest Scholarship Organization is able to maintain this tradition. Scholarships and donations of any amount are accepted.

We thank you for your interest is the Miss Metrocrest Scholarship Organization!
